Devon uses a science-based approach to achieve success with her clients. Whether it is building muscle, leaning out and/or feeling healthier and more energetic, a personalized plan is imperative. The plan starts with an initial consult to obtain a resting metabolic rate using our gas (oxygen, co2) exchange test, body fat test and a review of current habits/dietary specifics. We help nail down your individualized macronutrient needs based on your gender, lifestyle, and daily activity levels and help give you the tools for a healthy diet. From there, a plan is put in place with guidelines based on individual needs to achieve your goals. This is not a rigid structure, rather a sustainable plan to mould into a long-term lifestyle. There is no one diet fits all and we will help you create a program that will be long lasting and sustainable.

CHALKS Protein Snacks
What? Healthy protein snacks low in fat and high in flavour.
When? Anytime- Pre/post workout, afternoon snack, after dinner
Why? Because it is hard getting enough protein in, and other “bars and energy balls” are basically candy bars.
